Rugby

There are many sports that are similar to Rugby with regard to the mode of driving the ball and goal, some even over a thousand years ago as the Harpustum, 6th century and which originated in the region of Florence, was named after Calcio with rules published in 1580, and consisted of a game where two teams of 27 players to lead the ball to the other side of the opponent in 50 minutes two times and we also have judges and field line.

More probable is that Rugby has evolved out of football, which as stated earlier, it had a set of official rules, and therefore their practice varied depending on where it was practiced, being named the Rugby Football. The game played there won adherents in other parts of England due to innovation to advance the ball in his hands (a practice that only became official in the first set of rules in 1845). The practice of sport was limited to schools, but as time passed, adults who wanted to continue playing their favorite sport while still a student came together and created clubs, who followed the rules of Rugby School, and the spread of the sport, created the first rule book in 1845. In 1863, another meeting was held in order to prohibit certain practices such as kicking opponents (hacking), and make them stumble (tripping)







Existem muitos esportes que se assemelham ao Rugby no que diz respeito ao modo de condução da bola e objetivo, alguns inclusive se mais de mil anos atrás, como o Harpustum, do século 6 e que teve origem na região de Florença, sendo chamado depois de Calcio, com regras publicadas em 1580, e consistia em um jogo onde 2 equipes com 27 jogadores deveriam conduzir a bola até o outro lado do campo adversário, em dois tempos de 50 minutos, contando ainda com juizes de campo e de linha.

Mais provável, é que o Rugby tenha se desenvolvido a partir do futebol, que, como já foi dito anteriormente, não dispunha de um conjunto de regras oficiais, e portanto, sua prática variava dependendo do local onde era praticado, recebendo a denominação de Rugby Football. O jogo praticado ali ganhou adeptos em outras regiões da Inglaterra devido a inovação de avançar com a bolas nas mãos (prática que só foi oficializada no primeiro conjunto de regras, em 1845). A prática do esporte era limitada às escolas, mas conforme o tempo passou, adultos que queriam continuar a jogar o seu esporte preferido do tempo de estudante se uniram e criaram clubes, que seguiam as regras da Rugby School, e com a disseminação do esporte, foi criado o primeiro livro de regras, em 1845. Em 1863, uma nova reunião foi realizada com o objetivo de proibir algumas práticas, como chutar adversários (hacking), e fazê-los tropeçar (tripping).
